150K Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The Fork & Embers 150K Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Fork & Embers, Bardstown, Kentucky (“Sponsor”).

SnS Grills and North 36 Farms have contributed prizes to the Giveaway but are not responsible for administration of the Giveaway, selection of the winner, or fulfillment of any prize component other than any component they expressly agree to fulfill directly.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members or household members of Sponsor, and of any company materially involved in the administration of the Giveaway, are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 4, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period, visit the official Fork & Embers giveaway page and complete the SweepWidget entry form.

The form may request information including:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Date of birth or age verification
  • State of residence
  • Responses to giveaway questions
  • Confirmation of eligibility and agreement to these Official Rules

No purchase is required to enter.

5. Base Entry Limit

Each eligible entrant may receive one (1) base entry by completing the official entry form.

Entries submitted using multiple email addresses, identities, automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, or other methods intended to circumvent the one-base-entry limit may be disqualified.

Sponsor may require reasonable verification of identity and eligibility.

6. Refer-a-Friend Bonus Entries

After completing a valid base entry, an entrant may receive a unique referral link through SweepWidget.

For each eligible new entrant who accesses the Giveaway through that unique referral link and successfully earns at least one valid entry, the referring entrant will receive one (1) additional bonus entry.

Referrals are optional and are not required to enter.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, automated referrals, fabricated identities, or other attempts to manipulate referral activity may be disqualified.

Unless Sponsor determines otherwise due to fraud, abuse, technical limitations, or legal requirements, there is no stated maximum number of valid referral bonus entries an entrant may earn.

7. Entry Requirements and Conduct

All information submitted must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, late, misdirected, fraudulent, generated by automated means, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules may be void.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who:

  • Tampers with the entry process
  • Attempts to obtain entries through deceptive or abusive means
  • Interferes with the operation of the Giveaway
  • Violates these Official Rules

8. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the Fork & Embers Ultimate Kettle BBQ Setup, with an approximate total retail value of more than $775.

The prize is expected to include:

  • Weber Original Kettle Premium 22" — approximately $219
  • SnS Slow ’N Sear Deluxe — approximately $100, contributed by SnS Grills
  • Wireless thermometer — approximately $48
  • Probe thermometer — approximately $14
  • North 36 Farms meat package — $150 value, contributed by North 36 Farms. Direct shipment of this component is limited to the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States, as described in Section 9.
  • Charcoal chimney starter kit with blower and heat-resistant gloves — approximately $37
  • Weber grill cover — approximately $40
  • Grilling utensil set — approximately $38
  • Fork & Embers apron
  • $100 Amazon gift card

Exact models, colors, sizes, packaging, and other product details may vary based on availability.

Sponsor may substitute a prize component with an item of equal or greater value if a listed component becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, including the shipping restriction described in Section 9.

No cash substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion where necessary.

Amazon is not a sponsor of the Giveaway.

9. Prize Fulfillment

Prize components may be shipped separately and may be fulfilled directly by Sponsor or by participating prize contributors.

The winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address and any other information reasonably required for fulfillment.

The North 36 Farms meat package is expected to be shipped directly by North 36 Farms and may require the winner to coordinate or accept delivery of a perishable shipment. North 36 Farms has advised Sponsor that it fulfills this prize component only to the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States. Residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia remain eligible to enter and win the Giveaway.

If the winner’s shipping address is in Alaska, Hawaii, or any other location to which North 36 Farms will not ship, Sponsor will substitute the North 36 Farms meat package with an item or items of equal or greater value. The substitute may include a comparable meat package, a grocery or meat stipend, or another substitute determined by Sponsor. That substitution will not affect the winner’s right to receive the remaining prize components.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, spoilage caused by the winner’s failure to receive or properly handle a shipment, or carrier-related issues outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor will determine the final fulfillment method for each prize component.

10. Winner Selection

On or about September 19, 2026, Sponsor will conduct or cause to be conducted a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The random drawing may be conducted using SweepWidget or another reasonable random-selection method.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including valid referral bonus entries.

11. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt unless Sponsor specifies a different reasonable deadline in the notification.

The potential winner may be required to:

  • Confirm eligibility
  • Provide a valid U.S. shipping address
  • Provide identification if reasonably necessary
  • Complete or sign eligibility, liability, tax, publicity, or prize-acceptance documentation where lawful and reasonably necessary

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond on time, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required verification, Sponsor may disqualify that potential winner and select an alternate winner by random drawing.

12. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, or other charges associated with receipt or use of the prize.

Sponsor may require tax documentation if required by law.

The stated approximate retail value is an estimate. The actual retail value at the time of award may differ.

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s:

  • First name
  • Last initial
  • City and state of residence
  • Likeness
  • Voice
  • Statements about the Giveaway
  • Prize-related photographs or video

for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, notice, or approval.

Nothing in this section requires the winner to participate in additional filming or content production unless separately agreed.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to:

  • Administer the Giveaway
  • Verify eligibility
  • Contact the winner
  • Fulfill the prize
  • Prevent fraud or abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

Any separate consent to receive Fork & Embers marketing communications will be handled according to the applicable privacy policy and is not required to enter unless expressly stated otherwise.

Information may be shared with service providers and prize contributors only to the extent reasonably necessary to administer or fulfill the Giveaway.

15. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, SnS Grills, North 36 Farms, SweepWidget, YouTube, Meta, Amazon, Weber, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or relating to:

  • Participation in the Giveaway
  • Acceptance or possession of the prize
  • Use or misuse of the prize
  • Delivery or fulfillment of the prize

except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Technical and Other Errors

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable entries
  • Interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, websites, applications, or connections
  • Technical failures
  • Incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by equipment, programming, human error, or causes beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control

If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failure, force majeure, unauthorized intervention, or another event that materially affects the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway.

If appropriate, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the affected event.

17. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and apply these Official Rules in good faith and to resolve issues concerning:

  • Eligibility
  • Entries
  • Winner selection
  • Prize fulfillment

Sponsor’s decisions are final to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

18. Platform and Brand Disclaimers

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Meta, Amazon, or Weber.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that YouTube, Meta, Amazon, and Weber are not responsible for the administration of the Giveaway or selection of the winner.

SnS Grills and North 36 Farms have contributed prizes but are not responsible for administration of the Giveaway or winner selection unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

19. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute that is not subject to a mandatory law providing otherwise shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kentucky.

20. Winner Information

After the winner has been verified and the prize has been awarded, Sponsor may publish or otherwise make available the winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state where lawful.
