Thank you for supporting Fork & Embers. Every order is packed by hand from our small operation in Bardstown, Kentucky. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your items.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
During new product drops or high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and current carrier pricing. This ensures you receive the lowest available rate at the time of purchase.

Typical United States delivery estimates:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary during holidays, severe weather, or unexpected carrier delays.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. These fees are not included in your checkout total and must be paid upon delivery. Fork and Embers does not have control over these charges.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, it is in their custody.
If your package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Often packages show up within 24 to 48 hours.
